We’re looking for a Brand Strategist to lead the thinking behind the brands we build. This role is about translating founder vision, market dynamics, and commercial objectives into clear, differentiated brand positioning. You’ll work closely with founders, recruiters, and our internal design and web teams to shape brands that are not only visually strong, but commercially effective. This is a role for someone who can balance strategic thinking with practical execution — someone who understands how brand drives growth, not just aesthetics. ey Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Positioning • Lead brand workshops with founders to extract vision, values, and differentiators • Define positioning, value propositions, and brand narratives • Develop brand frameworks (5P, StoryBrand, messaging hierarchies) • Identify ownable market territory and competitive differentiation Messaging & Copy Direction • Craft website messaging (hero sections, service pages, CTAs) • Write or guide tone of voice, taglines, and brand language systems • Translate complex or technical offerings into clear, compelling messaging Collaboration & Delivery • Work closely with designers to align strategy with visual identity • Partner with Webflow developers to ensure messaging translates into UX • Contribute to presentations, client deliverables, and brand rationale Market & Audience Insight • Analyse industry landscapes (e.g. recruitment, tech, defence, etc.) • Understand candidate and client psychology within niche markets • Provide strategic recommendations based on market trends and behaviour ⸻ What Good Looks Like • Clear, differentiated positioning that clients can own • Messaging that feels simple, confident, and commercially sharp • Strong alignment between strategy, design, and final website • Clients who feel understood, challenged, and confident in their brand
